Residential Fire in Callaway, FL

After a fire in this Callaway residence the family turned to SERVPRO of Bay County to get their home back to living condition. The team first did an inventory of all personal belongings to determine which items were salvageable and which were not, those that were were bagged and taken to a professional Textile Restoration team. Next the team removed all porous materials like carpet and drywall. The final step was to clean all hard surfaces including stud walls and sub floors which was a three step process. After everything was clean and free of soot the wood was sealed and ready to turn over to reconstruction.
